The Coach’s birthday is on Monday. So this weekend I had him browse Pinterest until he found a dessert recipe that he would like to serve as his birthday cake. This is what he selected. It’s another very easy recipe. The hardest part is unwrapping all of the Reese’s cups!

So, my mother was here this weekend. She will be house sitting for The Coach and me when we go to Jamaica for our honeymoon in a few days. She has offered to do some things around the house for us while we’re gone. (Such a wonderful mom, right?) While she was here, she started pulling some things out that she wanted to reorganize while we were gone. When she left today, she left me a list of things that I needed to do around the house before she comes to stay as well as a pile of things to put away. Also, I haven’t even begun to think about packing for our trip to Jamaica. So, what am I doing today, you ask? Cooking something for the blog…what else would I be doing?
These are delicious. You absolutely must make these immediately. They are ridiculously easy and unbelievably scrumptious.
If you’re looking for something easy to throw together for a weeknight dinner or for a potluck or a party, this is the recipe to use. It takes just five minutes to mix together the filling and thirty minutes in the oven. So simple.
Pure taste bud heaven.
That’s right, folks. You read it correctly. Peanut Butter. Cookie Dough. Brownies. All in one dish. Oh yeah, and did I mention that it has pretzel M&Ms in it, too? No joke!
I love brownies. They are pretty much my favorite baked good. I love making cupcakes. But I love eating brownies. I also love peanut butter. When you put peanut butter AND chocolate together in one dish, I will like it before I even try it or see it. This is one of those dishes.
Anything that involves Nutella is okay in my book!
We had to recover a little after our delicious dinner of Chicken Parmesan Casserole in order to make our dessert: Nutella Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. So, it is only fitting that I waited a little while after posting about the casserole to post the dessert.
The Chicken Parmesan Casserole was a mind-blowing hit. In comparison, the Nutella Pillsbury Crescent Rolls were good. And, incredibly easy to make.
